STIR WIKI

The main documentation for STIR is available from its website. This wiki is intended to cover FAQs and user contributed documentation.

At present, the wiki is only editable after the following manual process (this enforced by sourceforge):

create a sourceforge user account and log-in
visit any STIR Wiki page (such as this one)
send Kris Thielemans or Charalampos 'Harry' Tsoumpas with your sourceforge user name that you want to edit the wiki. We then have to add you to the editor group.

There are help buttons available once you edit a page/section.

Here are some (generic) links on how to use the wiki software itself (only useful for the admins):
